Responding to the clients’ tendency to host guests, the plan was designed to allow for easy circulation and continuous visual access between the living and kitchen areas, with ample daylight filtering down from the vaulted ceiling and abundance of windows. Small niches and expansive open walls were also incorporated into the plans to host the owners’ growing art collection. Upstairs, a private deck overlooks the surrounding neighborhood.
