Working closely with Swope Community Builders, the design team facilitated conversations with a stakeholder committee comprised of neighborhood, community, and city leadership. Deliverables included: analysis of previous Corridor planning efforts, neighborhood housing and demographic profiles, documentation of existing infrastructure conditions, an urban design connectivity analysis and diagrams, development of future Corridor projects feasibility matrix, identified synergies of three different investment strategies, and next step recommendations. This scope of work included steering committee meetings, community open house, and small stakeholder meetings with the City Manager’s office and various City Departments.
