This gated residential development master plan puts nature center stage and brings the sustainable community to the forefront. Townhomes and single-family villas form walkable, car-free spaces for neighborhood gatherings. A natural wooded border and a wild stream connect the parks throughout the community. DRAW used these natural features to frame and guide the flow of the neighborhood.
