Jennifer brings her strengths in all aspects of business operations to DRAW’s Leadership team. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kansas State University and honed her skills as State Operations Director for a national non-profit.
Jennifer’s varied experience at both large and small organizations taught her what it takes to run a business, reduce overhead, and strategize future growth, focusing on internal processes and how to communicate their importance from the top down. She now ensures DRAW’s financial and strategic success as our Director of Business Administration.
