Bryce inherited an inquisitive, design-oriented mind from his handyman grandfather – a lifelong tinkerer who could re-build anything—further inspired by Legos and drafting classes, he knew he wanted to work in design and construction. Following this purpose, he graduated with a Master of Architecture from K-State, promptly earned his architecture license in his home State of Colorado, and has worked in Kansas City ever since.

Bryce has a passion for systemic thinking and integrative design, serving as technical design lead on multiple mile-stone projects throughout the country, and has experience with diverse typologies, most notably mixed-use commercial and healthcare and sustainable design initiatives. Bryce’s passion lies at the intersection of large-scale impactful projects, community-focused design solutions, and small-scale residential architecture.

Active in the local AIA Kansas City chapter, Bryce has served on the Board of Directors, was named 2019 Emerging Professional of the Year, and is a Pillars Leadership Program graduate.

Outside work, Bryce and his wife are putting their personal touches on their early-20th-century home with their Malamute Luka and Bengal cat Fawkes.
